Delightfully fruity, with the textbook 2019 elegance and balance, the nose of this wine offers captivating aromas of red and dark cherry, red currant,  grenadine, raspberry coulis, sumac berry, vanilla and baking spice. On the palate it has firming tannins yet they are highly polished and there is a gorgeous harmony to the flavors and seductive suppleness. In the mouth, the aromas are mirrored, but with a slightly darker fruit personality. Everything expands with airing to flesh out a very long, delicious finish. Probably three or four years from its full expression, it will prove a terrific drink for another decade after then.
