This is a luxurious, finely chiseled bottling that represents its famous vineyard and producer brilliantly. The nose is a plush yet firm and forthcoming medley of yellow peach, baked apple, dried golden fig, golden mulberry, vanilla cream and baking spice scents. It is at once youthfully firm and flavor-packed in the mouth, where notes of  baking spice, hazelnut bark, vanilla wafer, lemon cream pie and some mineral undertones unite in support of concentrated, lingering, peach, apple and golden mulberry fruit. An impressive dinner wine now, it will surely grow more so for several more years and likely beyond. 852 cases produced.
