The Edna Valley signature is stamped on this wine from start to finish and its “cool-weather” scents led by grapefruit pith, crunchy fresh apple, lemon and guava get most of their added richness from undercurrents of toasted coconut and nougat. Those same bright flavors gain further depth on the palate from subtle notes of vanilla and toasted meringue. The finish is a keen-edged, lingering mix of baked green apple, pineapple core, guava, lemon and grapefruit flavors, all of which tingle the tongue. It is ready to enjoy and will be a terrific summer white. 2000 cases made.
