NVWE Notes: Genteel, dinner-balanced and well-priced this estate grown Vermentino proves a dandy example of its grape variety as well. The aromas are a focused mix of white rose, honeysuckle, honeydew melon, yellow peach and apricot pit, with undercurrents of Meyer lemon zest and mineral salts. It is sleek, supple and zesty in the mouth, where peach, papaya and white pepper dominate the floral notes, while drying sea shell flavors create a balancing counterpoint. It finishes with elegant, lingering style and is fully dry. 500 cases produced.
