Complex and immediately appealing the nose of this delicious dessert wine is a luxurious harmony of pineapple core, mango, yellow peach, quince paste, chestnut honey and baklava scents. It is both fleshy and forthcoming on the palate where hints of toasted grain and celery seed bring a savory counterpoint to the juicier flavors of peach, pineapple, mango and honey-drenched nuts. The finish is quite long and never less than attractive and the wine is likely to improve for the next five years. A blend of 90% Semillon and 10% Sauvignon Blanc.
