Vibrant, focused, forthcoming and seductive, the aromas of this gorgeous Riesling come forth as a focused mix of yellow peach cobbler, fresh lime, fresh cut flowers, hints of caramel apple and lychee, above a firming mineral undercurrent. It is quietly dry and subtly floral on the palate, where notes of Mandarine orange, grapefruit and lime add zest to emerging peach, lychee, apple and apricot flavors. Crisp, dry and lingering, it should prove both a delicious sipper and an ideal companion for any cheese and fruit platter. It could well get better for another two or three years.
