Perhaps our favorite Eisele Sauvignon Blanc in memory, despite it’s youth, the 2021 offers creamy opening aromas of golden fig, gooseberry, honeydew melon, dried golden mulberry, lemon meringue, vanilla custard and white pepper. It is appealingly supple and clearly rich on the palate, with lingering flavors that are a true mirror of the nose. As it airs flavors of kiwi, lychee and lime join at the end.
