This is a pretty Pinot Noir with a genteel dinner-worthiness and attractive zest. The nose offers aromas of dark cherry and boysenberry along with suggestions of mace and baking spice. On the palate it is bright yet notably supple in texture, with dark cherry, dark plum and a subtle mineral undercurrent at center stage. The finish lingers well and the wine is ready to enjoy. 495 cases produced.
