This elegant Pinot Noir is textbook Anderson Valley in its aromas of dark cherry, red berry tart, strawberry, mocha, toffee, hazelnut and baking-spice. It is more elegant yet on the palate, where wild strawberry and pink rose bring a floral uplift to core flavors of baked cherry, mocha, toffee and baking-spice. Supple and lingering, it is built for service with veal scaloppini, roast pork, baked chicken and the like. It should prove a fine food companion for several more years.
