Showing elegantly ripe fruit firmed by Saar-like minerality, the nose of this stony-dry Riesling offers scents of dried green apple, white peach and green melon fruit with a background suggestion of tropical flowers. Poised above slate-like minerality, racy white peach and mango flavors gently counterpoint others of lemon and orange blossom on the palate. The finish is lingering, stony dry and built for food service. It should improve for another eighteen months or more and seems an ideal companion to cracked crab or sashimi. 100 cases made.
