In the nose Bing cherry, red boysenberry, sweet red plum, blueberry, violet, blood orange zest, mace, sandalwood, star anise, toasted grain and mineral suggestions reach an impressive and amiable harmony. The wine shows full body and notable structure on the palate, where piquant cherry pit and red apple skin couple with polished tannins and minerality to uplift the charming and beautifully focused fruit package. If quite delicious already it is destined to improve for at least three more years. 1125 cases produced.
