This a pretty bubbly with a lovely texture and forthcoming aromas of peaches and cream, lemon zest and toasted croissant. It is elegantly froth on the palate, where flavors of lemon, peach, honeysuckle and biscuit roll out with a subtly creamy impression. Lingering and a pleasure all by itself, it would be delighful with fresh fish in a cream sauce.
