NVWE Notes: Forthcoming and appropriately firm, the nose of this fine bottling poises scents of lychee, dried peach, papaya, jasmine and honey above white pepper, lime, green herb and mineral undercurrents. Strong minerality brings a lean, food-friendly firmness on the palate, where hints of honeysuckle, violet and jasmine accent a core of of dried peach honey and lime through a lingering finish.
