Aromas of blueberry, black currant, kalamata olive, clove and graphite achieve good harmony in this forthcoming Cabernet. It proves well focused and richer than expected on the palate, where a bit of tannic grip firms the texture while making the wine seem more gutsy overall. The finish is food-worthy and is supple enough for current drinking and it should hold its intensity and appeal for another few years. Produced by Goldschmidt Winery.
