Rich, zesty and fruit-packed the nose of this young bubbly offers a classy medley of lemon, peach, strawberry galette, biscuit and toasted meringue scents layered above a background suggestion of dark minerality. It is notably gutsy on the palate and loaded with energy that carries through a lingering finish where notes of peach, berry and croissant are dominant. Best for caivar or oysters at this point, it is a pleasure to drink, but is still a few years from its prime.
