This pretty white Rhone grape blend has a bright, gently zesty, attractively rich nose of lime, lychee, white pepper and jasmine scents, with a subtly earthy undercurrent. It proves fuller and somewhat tongue-coating in the mouth, where lime, dry peach, lychee, jasmine, a hint of white pepper take center stage. Zesty and lingering, with good refreshment and steady flavor intensity, it will be a versatile food companion and should b especially appealing with Thai curries and elegant sea food entrees. 60% Viognier and 40% Rousanne. 165 cases produced.
