This immediately appealing red is almost juicy the the nose, where aromas of black raspberry, pomegranate syrup, sour dark cherry, bresaola, black peppercorn, licorice root, graphite and dried rosemary find a forthcoming harmony. It proves just as fruity and spicy as hoped on the palate, where the tannins are polished, and the finish is a lingering replica of the aromas mix. It is already a lovely dinner wine and may improve for another year and beyond. This Cotes du Provence is a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Certified Agriculture Biologique
