There's a core of rocky minerality alongside sharp lime peel and melon rind on the nose of this bottling. The palate is very soil- and rock-driven, which is typical of this rugged appellation, with chalk and gravelly soil flavors giving structure to the dried lime peel flavors. Matt Kettmann 9/1/2022
