Like its Chasselas sibling this wine excites with its ultra harmonious contrast of plush texture, piquancy fruitiness and intense minerality. The nose is a genteel medley of peach, lychee, guava and honeysuckle scents. It is plump, juicy and more or less dry on the palate, where a rich vein of chalky minerality underpins long-lingering flavors of dry peach, honeysuckle, lychee, and dried lemon peel. Very attractive overall, it is built for dinner service and is ready to enjoy. 1000 cases produced.
