Zesty yet impressively elegant, the aromas of this Chardonnay center on lemon sorbet, pineapple core, fresh apple sauce, orange cream sickle and vanilla wafer, all of these in pristine focus. It is as delightfully fresh and proves notably supple on the palate, where the combination of textural delicacy and fruit clarity carries through a very long, beautifully satisfying finish. This already seductive Chardonnay should be even better in another 12 months.
