Bright and forthcoming, the nose of this already satisfying Cabernet is centered on red currant, sour red cherry, red plum and blueberry, enhanced by suggestions of violet, rose and hazelnut above a mineral background. It is sleek and fresh  on the palate where violet, rose, blueberry, red currant, red plum, baked red cherry and nougat flavors create an elegant, lingering, dinner-balanced wine perhaps two years from full readiness. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from younger vines in the Fortuna Vineyard blended with 5% Cabernet Franc and 5% Merlot from Sugarloaf Vineyard. 320 6-packs made.
