The virtues of Viognier are on fine display in this immediately appealing bottling, as aromas of white peach, lychee, honey, jasmine blossom and lime are all notable at first sniff. It is both palate-coating and long-lingering in the mouth, where flavors of peach and lychee dominate and a hint of white pepper joins the other supporting elements to flesh out the whole. It is at its drinking best and understated fruit acids make it a good sipper, but it will show its very best with sauced sea foods and Hawaiian-style entrees. 103 cases produced.
