Citric zest and saline mineral notes combine to bring extra brightness to this vivid Chardonnay, while fresh green apple, quince, lemon peel and creamy oak scents make the aromatic package complete. The fresh apple, quince and lemon flavors dominate on the palate and through a lingering finish where freshness never wavers and the oaky spice brings a subtle complexity. Everything gradually grows in depth as the wine airs and it will certainly be more attractive next year.
