This is a well-balanced Chardonnay with a classy style and saline mineral undercurrents in support of aromas of golden mulberry, dried peach, baked apple, white pepper and nut husk. Zest and minerality tighten-up the mid-palate and bring a firmer edge to an otherwise silky texture. The finish is youthfully fresh and lingers with a combination of flint, dry apple, dry mulberry and a hint of mineral salts. It is a very appealing dinner partner already.
