Although on the rich side for the varietal, this attractive bottling offers a bitter-sweet seeming medley of apricot pit, peach pit, preserved  lemon and mineral scents. It proves surprisingly soft-textured on the palate, where the fuller fruit impressions are braced by a note of hazelnut husk which adds to the finishing dryness. It lingers well and should prove a very fine companion to almost any chicken dish. It is ready to enjoy. 336 cases produced.
