Youthful, yet forthcoming and immediately attractive, the nose of this brisk white offers aromas of lemon, pineapple souffle and grapefruit, along with a hint of white pepper. It proves subtly rich and similarly fruit dominant in the mouth, where notes of parsley and lemon grass add spice and the expected zest cleanses the palate. The food-friendly finish lingers well and the wine grows silkier as it airs and the bottle loses its chill. It should evolve nicely over the six to twelve months.
