2018 Balletto Zinfandel "Estate' Russian River VAlley

NVWE Notes: This is a versatile and easy drinking Zinfandel that offers immediately appealing aromas of dark plum, blackberry, black fig, peppercorn, black tea and a hint of smoke. It is fruit-forward  yet supple on the palate, where red plum, blackberry, fig and tobacco flavors line up in more or less equal proportion, with peppery notes in contrast. The finish is genteel and lingering and the wine is ready to enjoy. 835 cases produced.
