NVWE Notes: The synergy of fruit and sweet-savory spice brings a gently creamy impression to the nose of this elegant Pinot as aromas of strawberry cream sickle, raspberry coulis, pink rose, baking-spice, coriander seed, sandalwood and vanilla fan-out. These elements and the note of genteel harmony are just as evident on the palate and through a quietly zesty, lingering finish where flavors of cherry pie, hazelnut nougat and a hint of white pepper are added in. Built for food service and already appealing, it should improve for another twelve to twenty-four months. 660 cases produced.
