It proves as plush and supple as expected on the palate, with tongue-coating flavors of applesauce, white peach, lemon curd and hazelnut meringue. Notably graceful, the finish leaves a supple, lingering memory of apple, preserved lemon, Meyer lemon zest and apricot pit flavors.
