Focused, intense and classy, the nose of this Cab well represents the character of its fine vineyard. The nose offers forthcoming aromas of fresh dark cherry, red currant, mace, cedar cassis, mocha, sandalwood and a hint of violet. It is brightly fruity and very focused in the mouth where the same panorama of flavors fans out, with hints of baking spice and cinnamon stick adding depth tio the lingering, slightly gripping finish. It covers its tannins impressively and will be a fine dinner wine already, although it is certain to get better for at least three years and should easily live for fifteen. 100 cases produced.
