Produced from the Musque clone of Sauvignon Blanc, his fine bottling offers delightfully fruity/spicy aromas of gooseberry, golden fig, grapefruit, lemon custard, lemon grass and white pepper that all come forth in a particularly attractive harmony. There is piquant freshness and delightful spice as well as suppleness and generosity on the palate, where all the promised flavors are as forthcoming as expected. The finish is long and satisfying and notably food worthy. This versatile bottling should prove as delicious with seared scallops as with Thai curries. 220 cases produced.
