Fruity, focused and altogether intriguing, the aromas of this forthcoming red blend are a bright medley of sweet red plum, sour red cherry, red raspberry, sweet pickled crab apple, pink and black peppercorn and hazelnut. On the palate, dark savory notes and minerality add depth to flavors that are a denser, gutsier and just slightly more tannic if sweet-natured replica of the fruit mix promised in the nose. Extremely dinner worthy now, if will grow more so over the next eighteen to twenty four months. A blend of Syrah, Cabernet and Merlot, 1000 cases made.
