The nose of this fine Cabernet offers richly proportioned blackberry, black cherry, blueberry, clove, toffee, dark tobacco, black tea and forest floor aromas. It proves immediately appealing on the palate where flavors of black cherry, red currant, cranberry sauce and pomegranate take center-stage, with tannic grip and mineral undercurrents providing balance. The mid-palate and finishing flavors are never less than delicious now although the wine is sure to evolve positively for another two to four years. 318 cases produced.
